  1. Heat mustard oil in a kadai, add cumin seeds, fennel seeds and nigella seeds let it splutter.

  2. Add turmeric powder, ginger, garlic and saute well.

  3. Add baby potato, green chilli, salt to taste and toss it well.

  4. Add water and cover it with the lid and cook on medium flame for 10-15 minutes.

  5. Once the potatoes are done garnish it with spring onion, green chilli and mustard oil.

  6. Serve hot.
