For Curd Mixture

  1. In a deep bottom handi, add ghee onces it’s melted and add cumin seeds and let it splutter.

  2. Add ginger, onion and saute on medium flame until it’s translucent.

  3. Add tomato and saute it well

  4. Add curd mixture and saute everything for 4-5 minutes.

  5. Add a little water and keep sauteing it.

  6. Add crumble paneer and mix everything well.

  7. Add tomato, green chilli and mix it well and cook for 2 minutes.

  8. Add butter, coriander leaves mix it well.

  9. Garnish it with coriander leaves, green chilli.

  10. Serve hot with paratha.

For Curd Mixture

  1. In a bowl, add curd, fenugreek leaves, turmeric powder, degi red chilli powder.

  2. Add asafoetida, coriander powder and mix it well.
