  1. Wash poha under running water, and let it soak the water and become soft.

  2. Now in a bowl, whisk in curd and jaggery powder/sugar.

  3. Add cardamom powder to it.

  4. Add the soaked poha and mix well.

  5. Refrigerate it, let it get cooled for a while.

  6. While serving garnish with pomegranate seeds and sprinle jaggery powder on top. Serve chilled.
