



Chocolate Spring Rolls

To make the filling, heat ghee in a pan and add all the nuts. Sauté till golden in colour. Turn off the flame and keep aside.

Heat mawa in the same pan and add powdered sugar to it. Cook for 4 mins or till it melts. Turn off the flame.

In the pan combine mawa, roasted nuts and grated dark chocolate. Mix well.

Take spring roll sheet and stuff with mawa mixture. Fold it like spring roll with the help of maida batter to seal it’s edges and and cover with damp cloth.

Heat oil in a kadai for frying, fry the spring roll till golden brown and remove on absorbent paper to drain off the excess oil.

Serve hot.
