For Soaking Bread

  1. In a bowl add curd, water, salt and mix once then add chopped bread slices mix properly and keep aside for further use.

For Tempering

  1. In a kadai heat oil and add mustard seeds, whole urad dal, chana dal, let them crackle and add peanuts and saute for a minute then add curry leaves, ginger, green chillies, chopped onion and saute until translucent.

  2. Now add salt, water and mix everything properly then add the soaked bread and mix it properly.

  3. Continue cooking for 2 minutes and then add tomatoes, ghee and finish with coriander leaves.

  4. Switch off the flames and remove in a serving plate and garnish with green chutney, sev and coriander leaves.
